Built an automated document-retrieval tool that logs into a user's insurance carrier portal (Lemonade, AAA) and downloads their policy documents automatically, using Browserless.io/Puppeteer-driven browser automation with a Redis-backed state machine to manage carrier-specific auth flows, including conditional MFA.
